Natural vs Synthetic

Do you find any significant difference in the kind of oil you put in your engine? I've tired WD40, Vegetable Oil and synthetic lubs... they all seem to perform about the same. My only trouble was when I used old grease from the Chinese restaurant that ruined my new $3, 000 engine! What gives?

Okay, first of all, we do not put alien products inside of our vehicle, especially not when inside a part of a vehicle such as the engine, one of the most important parts of the vehicle, altogether.
