It's my first time running the Ragnar Relay - I'd love any tips from past runner I have run half marathons in the past and am not too overly worried about the actual mileage... I am just hoping for tips on packing, gear, van decorations, etc... any "do's" or "don'ts" from those who have raced before would certainly help!!! We are an all female team from all over CA.
