balancing a flywheel,equation?

Thank author of this post/commentA flywheel of mass 40kg and density 7000kg/m^3 is 55mm thick and during the machining process the centre of the mass became offset from the centre of the rotation by 0.24mm. To bring the c.g back to the centre of the flywheel a mass can be attached to the rim, i want to know how you will work out the mass attached to the flywheel to bring it balanced again.
