Help with working out!? - Tires
| Help with working out!? Hi! I need some help with working out. Up until about two months ago I was like the QUEEN on working out... I would work out everyday and was in great shape. But then I was working over 40 hours a week, began planning my wedding, was decorating and buying furniture for an apartment... and I just started to let myself go. I began eating out a lot and the only work out I ever did was playing tag with the kids. Now that I'm going to be getting married I want to get my body back into tip top shape.. and I'm so lost (and TIRED) that I don't even know where to START!! I have a lot of work out DVD's... I have to Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and I wonder if that works. Will doing a lot of sit ups get rid of a little bit of belly fat? Thanks so much!! |
