What colors should I use?

I have dark brown eyes, fair skin (I'm not pale but I don't tan in the sun either) and wear glasses (with thin rims). This is my eye makeup routine:3 shades of eyeshadow:midtone on whole lid, highlight on brow bone, make Outer 'V' w/darkest shade-then blend w/midtone, smudge liner on top lids & make wings at the ends, mascara on top lashes. Thanks!:) Also what specific colors should I use?
